Walden Weekly

School News You Can Use

Dear Walden Families,

Can you believe we are approaching our final week of the 21-22 school year?! We are so excited for our end of the year celebrations next week including our Field Day, Animal Day, and more! We enjoyed our luau and lemonade day this week and students loved getting to see our Wildcat Mascot on W-day!

Have a wonderful weekend and we'll see you on Tuesday!

Summer Reading resources from Walden LMC

Summer break will be here soon, and so will Summer Reading! Encourage your students to keep reading over the summer by having them participate in the Deerfield Public Library’s Summer Reading Program. This year’s theme is “Read Beyond the Beaten Path.” What new and fun places can your family find to read together this summer?

Not sure what to read? Feel like reading an Ebook or listening to an E-Audiobook? Need information about apps, movies or video games that your kids want to watch or play? Click on the link below! Use it all summer to find summer reading book lists and links to reading resources including Scholastic's Summer Reading website, and much more.

Have a great summer of family reading!
