What To Expect During Pregnancy

Through the first weeks you wont know your pregnant yet. Your breast may become tender and swollen also you will become nausea. The first few weeks of pregnancy are known as Implantation. Also you will experience mood swings which are very common in pregnant women. There may be times where you feel alternately elated and terrified about becoming a parent which is normal as well. Your uterus has grown to the point where your healthcare provider can feel it. There also will be a beginning of heartburn. For the baby there are no ultrasounds in the first week or the second week. During the third week the sperm joins the egg as it goes through the fallopian tube and into the uterus and the cells divide rapidly. The baby's heart finished dividing in to four chambers. Also the baby's organs, muscles, and nerves are kicking in to gear. The baby has developed tiny earlobes and her mouth, nose and nostrils are more distinct.
During the second trimester the mother is finally gaining her energy back. Your breast may be feeling less tender. The top of your uterus is a bit above your pubic bone. A couple of weeks later in the second trimester the top of your uterus is about halfway between your pubic bone and your navel. You will experience the baby moving a lot around the 16-20 weeks. Also your appetite will increase and your feet and ankle start to swell. The male or female baby genitalia are formed. The baby's liver and spleen are producing red blood cells. Characteristics hair patterns on the babies scalp form, the baby is curled up in the mother. The baby starts to stretch out more towards the end of the trimester. The baby is stretched out the baby measures about 3.5 inches. The baby is about the size of a lemon and loud noises become familiar.

Its almost close to delivery time and the fatigue has came back. These are the weeks were you have restless nights and frequent pee breaks. You may also feel increased pressure in your lower abdomen. It will make walking a lot harder and uncomfortable. The baby is almost 2.5 pounds and is measuring about 16 inches. The babies eyes are opening the baby is gaining weight and is starting to kick. They start to recognize voices and are becoming active
