In room 31
I hope you had an enjoyable weekend. Thank you for a wonderful Back to School Night. It was so great to see all your smiling faces and feel your excitement for a new year.
We are off to a great start as we really dive into our curriculum. Your student's writing notebooks are looking beautiful and really inspiring your author to write!
Please don't hesitate to email us with any questions or concerns!
Have a great week,

Homework
Please read the homework tips that have been sent home in the homework folder. If your student forgot to bring in their homework folder last Friday, please be sure to return in with completed work THIS Friday.
There is also one page Math, as well as your child's spelling "My List". You will see a spelling practice sheet in the folder as well. I have not taught the children to do Rainbow Words so please have them alphabetize their spelling words.
There is also a reading and math log sheet included. Please help your child fill out this sheet and take the responsibility each night.
This week's special project is explained on the website below. The large 12x12 paper is to be used for the special project.
