Welcome Back Families

It is great to see our students and families back to in-person learning. One of our goals this year is to support the "whole child," academically, behaviorally, and social-emotionally. We are off to a great start for the beginning of the school year. We look forward to working together with our families as we continue to power through this school year!

Professional Development Day

Students back in the classroom

Our young scholars are back in classrooms! We are keeping our students safe by reminding everyone to wear their masks and use hand sanitizer during transitions. August was dedicated to building a welcoming classroom culture, getting to know our students, and going over classroom routines and procedures. For September, we are fully implementing our daily schedules and reviewing and introducing new skills and concepts in our classrooms. School is definitely back in session!

Thank you PTA for the shade tents!

Kinder gate will remained closed and a staff member will open the gate at 8:00 am daily.

TK ~ 12:10 pm

K-6 ~ 2:32 pm (Friday is at 1:05 pm)

We want to ensure the safety of all our students. We are asking families to do their best to help with this important endeavor.

  • Please have your child enter and exit on the passenger side closest to the curb

  • Create a sign with your child’s name and teacher name and place it on the passenger side

  • Drop off and pick up your child at the loading zone in front of the school cafeteria

    • Avoid dropping off in front of the office unless a staff member assists you

  • Driver’s should stay in their vehicles at all times unless it’s an emergency

Car Signs

We gave our car riding families car signs and have more to distribute in the office. Remember to hang your signs in your cars while picking up your child in the afternoon. Please write your child's name and teacher name nice and big! This is very helpful for staff to quickly identify which child needs to be picked up.

Walkers and Bike Riders

  • Please avoid standing in our loading zone areas before the classes line up. The loading zone area is where we have our Zones 1, 2, 3 signs posted. You may enter this area once you see your child's teacher line up

  • Exit campus once you have your child/children.

  • Use the crosswalks when crossing the parking lot and street

  • Be attentive and pay attention to your surroundings

  • If you need to talk with your child’s teacher after school, we ask that you email them and schedule an appointment.

  • Spread out and allow students to walk safely to their vehicles or to family members standing outside during dismissal.
