At The Grange Pool

Water Fitness!

Come join us at The Grange for this moderate cardio fitness class.
Emphasis is put on getting the heart rate up and focusing on upper,
mid and lower body. In this class improve strength, mobility, flexibility
and endurance with low impact to joints and back. This class is great
for all levels. Punch passes can be purchased at The Grange front office.

Classes Start: Monday, June 4 and runs through September 1
Date and Time:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8:30am-9:30 am
Tuesday, Thursday 6:00 pm-7:00 pm
Age Requirement: 16+
Cost: $7 drop in, 10 punch pass - $50 (Expires at the end of the pool season)
