Nice Room Available on 4/1

The Scoop

One of our roommates has moved out, so one room will be available April 1st, 2014 (possibly sooner for the right person).

Our apartment is a 3-bedroom upstairs apartment in a fourplex apartment building. The building has been well-maintained and well taken care of by current tenants. All utilities and appliances work well. A washing machine and dryer are available for your use.

Room is small and unfurnished, but cozy with lots of natural light. You would be sharing a bathroom with one woman who is tidy and considerate.

How Much is Rent?

Rent would be no more than $250/month, with utilities being separate and costing an additional $50-$80 more/month, depending on usage (this includes water, electric, gas and internet).

A deposit ($465/person) plus first month's rent would be required upon move-in. Each person signs a separate lease agreement. You would be taking over the remainder of a 1-year lease (which has 8 months left on it), and you would be able to vacate sooner than the end of November if you can find someone else to take over your existing lease.

Convenient Location

The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood near Exit 6 off 1-15. This makes it easy to access the freeway, downtown St. George, shopping and Dixie State University.

About Your Potential Future Roommates

We are two females in our late 20s who are clean, quiet, responsible and considerate at home. We expect the same qualities in potential roommates.

We enjoy reading, cooking, outdoor adventures and spending time with friends and family.

We are occasional-drinkers, nonsmokers and non drug users. We're also non-LDS, if that matters to you. We don't mind who you are, as long as you can earn our TRUST and RESPECT.

We have no gender preference in roommates; just be a decent, friendly, trustworthy person and we'll get along fine. We'd prefer responsible roommates in their mid-20s to mid-30s with steady jobs, a respect for privacy and no excessive drama, partying or criminal activity.
