Quote of the Week - In Honor of American Indian Heritage Month

The Dakota are a Native American tribe and First Nations band government in North America. They compose two of the three main subcultures of the Sioux people, and are typically divided into the Eastern Dakota and the Western Dakota. The word Dakota means "ally" in the Dakota language.

Is Your Chromebook Charged?
If you have not been using your district device over the holiday break, chances are your battery power has gone down. Don't forget to plug your Chromebook in and give it a fresh charge so that it is ready to work on MOnday!
All Student Email Password Reset
All students are expected to have their district issued device with them and charged.
If you are absent on Monday and need assistance in changing your password when you return, all Advisory teachers will have instructions on how to reset your password and can assist.
Three Weeks Until the End of Semester 1
All grades will become final for the semester after Friday, December 16th.
Let's take this time to focus on learning, get work and assignments turned in, and enjoy a positive end to the first half of an awesome school year.
The last day of the semester, Friday, December 16th, will be a minimum day with a 12:18 pm release.

CalKids Savings Accounts for Low-income Public School Students, 1st–12th Grade
California public school students identified as low-income, enrolled in 1st through 12th grades during the 2021-2022 academic year, are eligible for a CalKIDS Savings account.

Eligible low-income public school students receive a:
$500 automatic deposit in a CalKIDS account for eligible low-income public school students
$500 additional deposit in a CalKIDS account for eligible students identified as foster youth
$500 additional deposit in a CalKIDS account for eligible students identified as homeless
