What we did today
October 27th, 2014
Book Character Day is Upon Us!!!!
Friday, October 31st is Book Character Day and fall parties here at Lillian Schumacher.
Students are welcome to come dressed as their favorite book character for the day. We encourage students to wear their items over clothing when possible and please keep in mind that general student handbook limitations still apply. Please refrain from using hair dye and face paint. NO MASKS will be allowed as students need to be able to see and learn as well as move around the building. We ask for no gore or weapons. Fall parties will run from 3:15-3:45. All guests will be allowed to enter classrooms at 3:15. Room parents that are setting up parties will be allowed in earlier at 3:00. All guests attending parties will sign-in outside the main office and wait in the foyer until it is time for the parties to begin. Parking will be tight, as it often is when we are all here for school events. Please do your best to park only in designated areas and refrain from parking in the grass. Parents and guests who choose to dress up are asked to follow the same costume guidelines as students, including no masks or face paint.
