Making Global Labor Fair
Come to our Event!
Activites to do:
While you're at our event and learning more about this important civic issue, it's also important to bring fun activities into the mix and play games revolving around the issue to make the experience a more exciting one. You will get to take part in a quiz about global labor as a way to find out more about it, get to take part in a maze in a demonstration to represent the working conditions that workers have to finish their work in for low wages. Finally, get the chance to know what it feels like to eat very little food and survive off of it for as long as possible. Don't worry, after the event, you'll be able to enjoy hot food served and drinks as an appreciation from our event for taking the time to come out and be apart of the raising awareness event.

They’re struggling with immense levels of unemployment and an persistent global push to lower wages and living standards. The global workforce refers to the international labor pool of workers, including those employed by multinational companies and connected through a system of network and production, immigrant workers, etc. As of 2012, the global labor pool consisted of approximately 3 billion workers, around 200 million unemployed.
