Student Council Spirit Week
Parent Teacher Conferences
Westside Middle School will be having Parent-Teacher Conferences on Wednesday, October 11th and Thursday, October 12th. We will offer both Webex and in person conferences.
Wed. October 11th Schedule
WebEx Meetings: 4:00-5:00pm
In-Person Meetings: 5:00-8:00pm
Thurs. October 12th Schedule
WebEx Meetings: 8:00-11:30am
In-Person Meetings: 12:30-4:00pm
Please complete the this survey by Monday, September 25th so we can plan accordingly. A separate survey should be filled out for each student you have that attends Westside Middle School. If you have students at an elementary or at the high school, you will need to contact them to get signed up for conferences.
If you select the webex option, you will be sent an email the week of October 2nd to sign up for a specific time slot on the sign up genius. If you are coming to in-person conferences, there is no sign-up, you attend when it's convenient for you during the time frame for in-person meetings. This is different then at the elementary level.
Student Appointments/Leaving Early
If you need to get your student out early we will get them a pass, they will come to the main office to sign out and then they can meet you outside once they see you. We need AT LEAST 30 minutes prior notice to get them out of class.
If your Student is not feeling well?
Please remember if your student is not feeling well, they need to be going to the Health Office to be assessed to determine if they need to go home or not. From there the nurse will either send them back to class or call home for them to be picked up.
