Kindergarten Students
Kindergarten students and parents who have chosen the traditional schooling model (in the building) are invited to visit campus on Thursday, August 20 between the hours of 8:00 am and 2:30 pm. Emails were sent to all incoming kindergarten families on Tuesday, August 4, by our data entry operator, Alex. This communication included a link to a sign up to make an appointment for your visit to campus. If you did not receive an email, please call the office. It is imperative that you sign up for your 15-minute appointment time so your child's teacher knows when to expect your arrival. Please be prompt and bring your child's school supplies at this time, labeled with the child's first and last name. You will also have the opportunity to pay fees, get a car tag if your child is a car rider/walker/biker, and most importantly, meet your teacher and see the classroom! Masks are required.
mySchool online students
All SPES students in grades kindergarten through 5th grade that have chosen the mySchool Online option are invited to come through the car loop on Thursday, August 20, between the hours 8:00 am and 2:30 pm. At this time, you will be able to pick up all materials necessary for success in mySchool, as well as pay school fees. Here are the stations we are expecting to have:
- device checkout for those families that have already requested devices
- pick up of student instructional materials (like math books) and planner
- pick up any school supply packs that were ordered over the summer through PTA
- pay fees (cash or check preferred if paying at this time)
Please be sure to wear your mask, even though you will be remaining in your car. We can't wait to see all our mySchool Online Cranes on Meet the Teacher Day!
Let's Meet Our Teacher!
Please join us for a Virtual Meet the Teacher! You will receive a Zoom invitation and link to our new transportation form from your child's teacher the morning of August 20th. These sessions are for all first through fifth grade students (both traditional and mySchool Online) and kindergarten mySchool Online students. Morning and afternoon sessions will share the same content, so please select the time that works best for your schedule.

Meet Sarah Barnard, our new paraprofessional!
- Born and raised in Land O'Lakes
- Has a Bachelors in Organizational Administration from PHSC
- Wants to pursue a Masters in Education in the future
- Married and has two young daughters, Grace and Jean
- Has 3 dogs: Rocky, Frankie, and Pumpkin
- Is a competitive runner
- Favorite movies are "The Sound of Music" and other musicals
