Purpose:
OTAP provides equitable access to professional development through virtual and face-to-face forums for collaboration and a supported learning community for Oregon educators, therapists, and families to improve district and learner outcomes in the areas of Assistive Technology, Accessible Educational Materials, and Augmentative and Alternative Communication, guided by the principles of Universal Design for Learning strategies.

Want to streamline your process of AT assessment and make sure your district is complying with state and federal laws? This webinar will present an effective, tested model of AT assessment that uses readily available, free assessment tools. The assessment process includes three stages: Information Gathering, Decision Making, and Trial Implementation. Specific, easy to follow forms will be provided with step-by-step directions for their use.
