Little Rockets News!
Dear Families,
Wow! A snow day in mid-April! Hopefully you have not put the snow pants and boots away yet! Please make sure you send winter clothing with your child until the snow has melted. We might as well enjoy it while it is here!
And, because it is spring, this week THURSDAY we will be holding a tornado drill. As with our fire drills and school safety drills, our teachers do a wonderful job of talking with the students before the drill so they feel safe and understand why we are practicing. This is a great time to also practice in your home with you child(ren) if you haven't done so in awhile.
Have a great week!
Ms. Stacie Brethouwer, Principal

Please bring any donations to school with your child and we will deliver everything to fill the box for the month of May.

Washington & A Child's Imagination PTO UPDATES!
This week all students from Washington and ACI enjoyed a performance by the Cardinal Skippers Jump Rope Team, sponsored by the PTO. Students enjoyed watching the jump ropers perform their tricks and show us their skills in jump roping. We got to witness their teamwork and support for one another.
Next meeting will be April 24th at 3:00 at Washington School.
