Band Fees

All band fees should be paid in full. Students with past due balances may not be able to participate in the next season. Use the link below to pay online. If you have questions, contact Becky Richardson, Treasurer, at treasurer@fcbands.org.
Senior Spotlight

Senior Spotlight

Attention, Class of 2021 Seniors and Parents! The FC Band Boosters is planning a social media campaign over the coming weeks to recognize the achievements of our Senior class. We will post a few photos of each Senior, along with the biographical information that was printed in the Senior Night program during Marching Band season*.


Please send an email to vicepresident@fcbands.org with 3-5 photos that you feel best reflect your time in the Franklin Central Bands program. These photos will be used on our Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter accounts.


IMPORTANT: If you wish to opt-out of this campaign, please send an email to vicepresident@fcbands.org with “OPT OUT” in the subject line no later than Wednesday , April 21st.

Band Concert News

Wind Symphony and Wind Ensemble will rehearse and record their ISSMA pieces this week.

Students should dress nicely (boys: dress pants and polo or button-down shirt and girls: dress pants and blouse or dress that goes below the knee while sitting and the shoulders covered).

Tuesday, April 20: 3:15pm - 4:30pm


Wind Ensemble (period 5)

Monday, April 19: 4:45pm - 6:00pm

Tuesday, April 20: 4:45pm - 6:00pm


Other Upcoming Concert Dates:

Jazz a la Mask will be on Wednesday, May 5th.

The Spring Concert will be held on Tuesday, May 18th.

More information about these dates will be provided soon.

Marching Band

Marching Band 2021

Marching band dates have been added to the Band Calendar.

Important Things:

  • Mandatory practices will occur the week of October 11 (second week of fall break).
  • Incoming Freshman callouts will be in May.
  • All Winds will have practices on Thursday evenings in June and July.
  • Download and print the flyer below for the fridge!

Band Payment

Our 5th payment and final payment of $170 was due Thursday, April 1st. Please be sure to make your payments on time. If you need to set up a payment plan or discuss payment arrangements, please reach out to the Band Booster Treasurer at: treasurer@fcbands.org

Detergent Fundraiser

On Monday, April 19th we will kick off the Detergent Fundraiser. We are selling 5 gallon buckets of laundry detergent, fabric softener, and bulk laundry and dishwasher packs. The money raised will go to student band accounts for the purpose of funding marching band fees. Watch for more details during the next 3 weeks!
