A Message from the Principal:
Dear North Parents,
It’s been an incredibly difficult two weeks. During our struggles, we continue to be very grateful for all of your support and for the thoughtfulness of our students. Students have done the right thing and shared information with us that continues to help us move forward as a learning community. We continue to have mental health supports in place to help our students process the many different emotions they might feel from fear to grief. Our teachers are also committed to connecting students with resources if they need them while also returning to teaching and learning. We know that returning to a more normal school routine is one of the best strategies to making our way through this time. As always, please do not hesitate to reach out to us if you or your family need anything.
Take Care,
Dr. Kathryn C. Murray

Greetings Parents, Guardians, and Norsemen Athletes~
Attention Unified Basketball Players:
There will be an informational meeting today 12/10 after school in the cafeteria. Unified basketball started as a Special Olympics sport where people with and without special needs teamed up together to make one unified team. So if you like to play basketball, love helping others succeed, and want to make a huge impact on the lives of our students with special needs, please come join us today.
Senior Athletes Committing to College Athletics:
NCAA Signing Day is the period of time in which athletes will make their athletic scholarships official by signing their National Letter of Intent. Grosse Pointe North has created guidelines for signing day that are now posted on the North Athletic homepage. The next signing dates this year are February 2nd, and April 20th. Please Contact the athletic office to schedule your 15 minute time slot. Signings will occur after school and food is not permitted.
