Weights, Body Exercises and Endurance
Crossfit uses different types of weights from various disciplines including traditional weight lifting and kettlebell. It also combines body weight exercises and various forms of endurance training which include running, rowing, jumping rope and biking.
Honoring Heroes
Crossfit workouts, called WODs, are named for fallen heroes. In this way, those we have fallen are remembered and immortalized.
