AP Exam Preadministration Session
Students who are taking the AP Exam will be sitting for a preadministration session on Monday, April 16th during their lunch period. If they do not have a lunch built into their schedule, please see Mrs. Kitty Newman in guidance to arrange an alternate time. This session is mandatory and has to be completed before AP testing begins.
2018 Summer Reading List
In an effort to continue to encourage reading over the summer, we have again created a list of top-rated reading choices with the help of our student body. Students at Delran High School will be able to read a book of their choice over the summer. View this presentation for information about the reading choices. Included you will find plot descriptions, grade-level recommendations and parental information.
After consulting with their parents, students should choose their top 3 choices of books to read this summer. After all students have chosen, students will be notified which of their choices they will read this summer. Each student is only responsible for reading one book.
A school wide culminating assessment will follow at the beginning of the 2018-2019 school year.

Alumni Walk
We are paving the way to celebrate Bear Pride! The Advisors from the Class of 2017 are working on their inlay design. We are very hopeful this year’s Senior Class will buy a brick and cast their permanent legacy on DHS. It looks like we have established a new tradition of not only allowing a platform for individuals, but also each graduating class as a whole, to leave their mark. Please consider purchasing a brick in order to pave the entire walkway. The link for purchasing a brick is below. We would also like to acknowledge the work of Best Cut Lawn-care and Landscaping for installing our bricks. They have donated their time and talents to DHS and provided their work free of charge. Thanks you Phil Velo and Best Cut. Click HERE for more information.

Gift Basket Extravaganza Donations
The Gift Basket Extravaganza is less than a month away and we need baskets to wrap! For those of you who don’t know, the proceeds from the GBE directly finance Project Graduation.
There are several ways you can help:
- Donate a completed basket.
- If you aren’t good at making baskets, drop the items off and we will make the basket for you. We have plenty of empty baskets just waiting to be filled.
- Drop off miscellaneous items. We will put them together with other donations to make a basket.
- If you are donating multiple baskets, please drop off whatever you have ready. If you don’t have ideas for a basket, drop off a gift card or money and we will shop for you.
Any and all donations are welcome. Please drop off items to 76 Stoneham Drive in the Grande. There is a big box on the front porch where you can leave things. Be sure you include a Basket Donation Form when dropping off items. IF you have any questions, please contact Denise Klein at Delran.mshs.pta@gmail.com.
