Spring Concerts have been incredible! Outstanding job to all students in Y5’s - 5th grade! Thank you to our music teachers for their hard work in making these nights so special for us. We look forward to our last two concerts next week!

A school is a community unto itself. I am so grateful to our school community, as so many wonderful people step up routinely to ensure that all the minutia surrounding day to day school life effortlessly happens:

  • The PTO updates the digital sign to reflect birthdays and school events
  • Each year the HAEF Board, along with numerous volunteers, plan and implement our HA 5K and Fun Run
  • Each year HAEF awards teacher grants totaling $5,000
  • Each year the PTO fundraises for a big ticket item and supports our Art Smart Program (run by Hope Lawless)
  • Each year the PTO plans and implements Fall on the Farm, Family Game Night, the Someone Special Dance, and Boys Day Out
  • Each year the PTO runs 'Staff Appreciation Week'
  • Each year the PTO runs a 'Volunteer Breakfast'

These tasks and events all happen with volunteers who "just show up". They know the job needs to be done, and it gets done with superb attention to detail. There is nothing like being a Husky. Dare to be remarkable!

Field Day

Field Day is on June 6th, and the theme this year is SUPERHEROES. Students may wear superhero attire if they like.

Spring Testing continued with 5th, 6th, and 7th grade taking MSTEP Math. 5th grade also took MSTEP Social Studies. NWEA continued this week with 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grades.

Next week will be MSTEP makeups for those who need to start/finish any assessment. NWEA continues with 1st grade, 3rd-5th grades, and 6th-8th grades.

I will continue to say THANK YOU to everyone for their hard work and dedication in making this testing time of year go so smoothly!

If you have sufficient funds in your child’s My School Account, please go to www.myschoolaccount.com and place your order.

When you open My School account and your balance shows $10.00, that means you have that amount in your account available to spend. If your account shows ($10.00) that means that your account is negative by that amount and must be paid prior to checking out.

If you do not have sufficient funds in your My School Account you will need to add funds via RevTrak. Please use this link to add funds. RevTrak - Food Service

If you add items to your My School Account to determine the amount due for checkout, then add funds to your RevTrak account, you will need to log out and then log in again for the funds to show in your My School Account.
