Are you asking the right questions?

Dan Rockwell shares 7 questions leaders should ask when people come to them for answers:

  1. What do you think?
  2. What do the people on the front line think? (What are implications to others?)
  3. What do our customers think? (Is it good for students?)
  4. What do our suppliers think? (Is it good for our families?)
  5. What might our competitors think? (Is it good for our district?)
  6. What options are possible?
  7. Which options seem best to you?

What questions might you ask to collaboratively seek answers?
