Also please remember to review expectations for teachers. ;) Lesson plans need to be in by Thursday of the week before. Grades should be entered weekly. Parent contact should happen frequently. Please make it a point to send out 5 positives every week. This is so important!

-I want to speak PEACE over this semester. I know we will experience some difficult moments because...that's life. But we can continue to lift each other up and encourage each other along the way. STAFF ATTENDANCE RATE:
For the month of December we had a 88% attendance rate.....nearly 6-7 absences per day.This is 2% better than October so improvement! We still want to reach 90%. I will also do a $25 gift card drawing for teachers who have perfect attendance for the month of January.
