Greetings Dream Team!
I know you all are looking forward to this weekend! As you know, October is bullying awareness month. I will be completing guidance lessons on bullying prevention with scholars in two weeks. As we bring awareness to this issue, you may hear more scholar conversations about bullying or past experiences. Please feel free to refer your scholars to me for additional discussions as needed.
Also, October is known to bring challenges. What is your self-care routine? Self-care can assist with work life balance. So if it’s your favorite show, your favorite meal, or a fitness class, make time for the things you enjoy. I also recommend downloading the Calm App which has lots of mindfulness practices. Thank you for all that you do! Have an awesome weekend!
