Fierce Conversations

A Two-Day Workshop From Learning Forward Louisiana

Fierce Conversations: Any conversation can.

This is a two-day workshop based upon the principles of Susan Scott's bestseller, "Fierce Conversations: Achieving Success at Work & in Life". This foundational, hands-on workshop introduces you to transformative ideas and principles that shift your basic understanding of conversations and the power they hold in leadership, relationships and results.

You learn to master team conversations, coaching conversations, delegation conversations & confrontation conversations - all essential to your individual and collective success. As such, Fierce Conversations is an essential training for school and district administrators as well as supervisory support staff such as instructional coaches and lead teachers.

What gets talked about in an organization and how it gets talked about determines what will happen.
Or won't.
Fierce Conversations: Any conversation can.
