Why people sleep?
We need about 10-11 hours of sleep so our brains can become rested and ready for the next day. If you dont get any sleep for your brain, you will be so tired in the morning. The brain needs about the maximam of about 6-5 hours of sleep. If you get 1 hour of sleep, you will be super tired and not think at all.
