Data Discussions Information and Schedule
Please bring your WIN form that you have been working on to share with the group. Remember this is the form that was shared at our last data discussion. We asked that you try it with at least one student. Many people said that they wanted to try it with more students.
Since we have substitutes, no assistant coverage is needed and Leaders Achieve will continue as normal.
- We will start at 8:00 in the data room.
- Harrison and Benfield will participate the entire time.
- EC will participate from 8:00 until 8:45.
- ESL will participate from 8:30 until 9:00.
- AIG may attend if possible (time TBA)
April 15 - 4th grade data discussions:
- We will start at 8:30/8:45 in the data room (right after the 4th grade achievement awards)
- Harrison and Benfield will participate the entire time.
- EC will participate from 9:45 - 10:30.
- ESL will participate from 10:30 - 11:00.
- AIG may attend if possible (time TBA)
April 20 - 2nd grade data discussions:
- We will start at 8:00 in the data room.
- Harrison and Benfield will participate the entire time.
- EC will participate from 9:00 until 9:45. Second grade EC students normally served during this time will go to the computer lab with Tammy English.
- ESL will participate from 9:30 until 10:00. (leave your 2nd grade ESL group early under the supervision of the Title 1 assistant and join us)
- AIG may attend if possible (time TBA)
CELEBRATE STEM DAY at County Office - Saturday, April 23rd
I am unable to stay the entire time. We are hopeful that we can set up some shifts so people can volunteer about an hour or so. The hours are 9-3. If you are willing to help man the WvES/WPS table, please let me know. Anyone who volunteers will earn 5 Free Blue Jean Passes. I know that Saturdays are hard to give so thank you in advance to anyone who is willing to help!

April 18 - 29 - May need to use HAWKS time to prepare for Leadership Day roles (practicing speeches, singing songs, learning mission statement cheer, practicing greeting, explaining work, etc). More info to come!

- May 13 - WvES Spring Fling - Mark your calendars now so you can be there! All certified staff members should plan to work at least one hour. PTO will have a sign up sheet soon! If non-certified staff members would like to volunteer, then we have a release form for you to fill out. Please see Suzy in the office.
