State Testing Update
State Testing at Knox!
Hello Knox Families!
We will be starting State Testing or CAASP during April. Our students have worked hard all year, and this is the time to demonstrate their learning. Please remind your student of the importance of taking the tests seriously and not rushing through it.
It is extremely important that students bring their laptops every day fully charged as well as their chargers. If your student has a problem with their laptop, they should bring it to the library as soon as possible. We will have only a few loaner laptops. Students that don't bring computer may have their state testing delayed and may miss out on other fun campus activities in order to complete their testing.
We celebrate this chance for all students to show and demonstrate their learning. We know our students will do great!

Staying Prepared. Tips for Success.
- Arrive to Knox at 7:50 and eat breakfast
- Arrive on time daily. School starts at 8:15. Testing starts at 8:30.
- Bring your laptop fully charged and your charging cord
- Bring a reading book (all English classes will visit the library).
- Phones must be put in airplane mode
- Phones must be stored in student backpacks. Students may not keep their phones in their pockets.
- Backpacks will be stored at the front of the testing room.
- Students may not use wireless headphones (AirPods).
- We will have headphones for all students to use.
