S.T.A.R. Card Recipients
We were proud to award 70 seventh graders and 80 eighth graders with a S.T.A.R. cards for the first quarter. The S.T.A.R. Program (Students Truly Acting Responsibly) is designed to recognize students who demonstrate responsibility in their work ethic, behavior and attendance. Each quarter, those students who earn a S.T.A.R. card receive rewards such as early release to lunch, lunch outside with principals, gym or park time during TRIBE, coupons from local businesses and more. Students who earn a S.T.A.R. card at least 3 of the 4 quarters are eligible to attend an end of year field trip.
