Do you want an easy-to-use, fun, and interactive way to become more physically active? Then join the Step It Up program.
As a member of Choice Health Care, we invite you to join our new physical fitness program. We want to get you moving by increasing the number of steps you take each day. Walking more will give you more energy, less stress, and help manage your weight.
When you join, you will receive a Step It Up pedometer, daily motivational tips sent via e-mail, healthy recipes, access to fitness groups, our Web-based step tracking system, and much more. The program challenges you to boost your metabolism by increasing the number of steps you take each day. Our goal is to work you up 10,000 steps each day (the average is about 5,000 steps).
It is fun an easy to do. As a Choice Health Care member, the cost is only $15.00. and, if you continue in the program for six months, that fee will be refunded to you. What have you got to lose, except weight and sluggishness!

"A Healthy Meal" to go along with your great workouts you just finished.
- First, Start by cooking 1/2 box (8oz) short pasta and the broccoli in salted, boiling water.
- Second, Don’t forget to salt the water with at least a Tablespoon of salt – it makes all the flavor difference in the world.
- Third, Before draining the pasta, reserve about 1/2 cup of the cooking water. You’ll see why later.
