Henderson County Schools’ Students to Complete Kentucky Department of Education (KDE) End-of-Course Field Tests
For Immediate Release
April 12, 2018
As part of Kentucky’s assessment and accountability system, all high school students enrolled in English II, Algebra II, and Biology will complete online End-of-Course field tests during the window of April 16 - 27, 2018.
The purpose of the field tests is to assess students’ knowledge on the Kentucky Academic Standards in each content area and to “test” the tests for reliability and validity.
Some strategies for students to give their best effort include:
Get a good night’s rest
Eat a healthy breakfast
Be on time to school
Be prepared with appropriate materials
Please contact your school’s testing coordinator for any specific questions regarding the tests or testing schedule.
