News from School to Home
We are so excited about this new program that we have purchased to help our Westside families. Bringing up is an online resource that delivers daily video based emails in both English and Spanish to parents. The videos feature real families modeling quick activities that can be done at home to promote success in school!
It is easy to sign up. It took me less than 3 mins. Bringing Up program is for kindergarten through 3rd grade, but 4th grade parents are welcome to signup. It is great information that will still be beneficial.

What can you do to ensure that your child will do their best on testing days?
Make sure your student gets plenty of sleep the night before the test and has breakfast in the morning. Also make sure that your child arrives to school on time. If they are late and testing has started, they will have to wait in the office until a designated break time. Most importantly- encourage your child. We want them to try their best, but we do not want them to be stressed. Encouragement from you will go a long way.
