Jaclyn Downs is an AADP Certified Holistic Health Practitioner that has had much success with supporting clients in lowering blood pressure, cholesterol, heartburn and other digestive problems. She bases her practice upon bio-individuality, as there is not a one-size-fits-all approach to diet, lifestyle or weight management. She shows clients how they can upgrade food and lifestyle choices in a pleasant, manageable and lasting way, without counting calories or feeling deprived or overwhelmed.
Jaclyn received her Bachelor's Degree from Drexel University, and completed two years of graduate studies in Holistic Nutrition. She is a Kripalu Certified yoga instructor, and also has certifications as a prenatal yoga instructor and birth doula.
Jaclyn is passionate about sharing her knowledge with the community and offers her services to individuals, groups, and businesses.
