- Have body centered in front of keyboard.
- Keep arms relaxed, elbows close to sides.
- Fingers curved, Finger tips lightly resting on home row keys.
- Wrists low, just above keyboard.
- Begin and end all keystrokes in home row position.
- Shift with appropriate pinky.
- Take frequent breaks and relax fingers .
- Rest wrists on keyboard or desk.
- Watch your fingers.
