We Have Our Final Four!
e-Learning Going Forward
AT-HOME ONLINE LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES
As you know, the governor has asked that Indiana schools remain closed until May 1st. He has waived 20 of these instructional days, which should cover our absences. However, if this crisis should continue beyond that, Governor Holcomb has released the following additional actions regarding a 20-day waiver extension: "As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to shift, the current 20-day waiver may not adequately address the needs of local districts. Therefore, the Indiana Department of Education will work with individual districts and schools to determine the total amount of instructional waiver days necessary."
Our students and families are not alone in this. Our technology team has put together a link that families with internet capabilities can access from their devices. There are fun learning opportunities for your students during this time away from school that can be accessed here. You can email your eLearning or digital questions to our e-Learning specialist by clicking here. You can even learn how to access Canvas, virtually tour the Cincinnati Zoo, or learn how to be a Disneyworld Imagineer! If your child craves worksheets, they can be found by the droves on our e-Learning page on the site I've pictured below.
In the meantime, though, I will not be sending specific daily e-Learning assignments until/unless our administration gives me directions to do so.
