About lool ventures
lool ventures is a young leading early stage venture capital firm, located in Tel Aviv. We are a small team, and we’re looking to add an amazing person to the team.
Here’s what we do:
We invest in early stage tech startups that have the potential to be category leaders in their domain
We support our portfolio of companies
We look at and interact with hundreds of startups a year
We maintain a physical space that hosts several small groups at any given time, plus events and meetups once in a while
We initiate and produce events (content events, networking events, meeting with global companies and more) on a regular basis
Our Ethos
- We perceive ourselves as providing a service to the startups community and to our own portfolio; they are all our customers, and we need to make sure we provide them with a great service, striving to create value for all parties out of each and every interaction.
We maintain a small, efficient organization that operates pretty much like a startup of its own; an organization that adapts, learns and changes rapidly, focused on the right priorities, and is based on trust and open communication channels between all team members.
We've been engineers, managers, serial entrepreneurs and angel investors before we turned VCs. We remember what it's like to sit on the other side of table, and we try to be the investors we wanted to have for the founders we invest in. We are happy to use our experience and network to help with whatever challenge the founders are experiencing, while keeping in mind that it is them who are the founders and not us.
We try to be very good at what we do, and yet we know that we have so much to learn.
