March is here and it's been wonderfully busy, so far! We had an outstanding turnout for AVID Parent Night. The escape room college readiness theme was challenging with lots of conversations and laughter. A big THANK YOU to our students and teachers for planning this memorable event for OSS.

We have our FIRST Project Based Learning Night this Thursday at 6PM. This evening is an opportunity for our students showcase their learning journey through real world experience and connections. Students will be able to discuss their projects, highlight areas of growth and areas they continue to improve on during their learning journey. It's my hope that all of you are able to attend. We will be serving pizza for dinner.

On Friday, March 10th OSS will be taking our AVID Fieldtrip to Cal State Fullerton and the Santa Ana Zoo. Permission slips were given to all eligible students. All students attending will need to arrive by 9:00AM for check-in. Our charter busses will be leaving at 9:30AM sharp.

As a reminder:

• We will have Saturday Intervention on March 11th from 8:30AM-12:30PM. It's a great opportunity to prepare for finals.
• We offer tutoring Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 4:15PM -5:15PM for all students.
