Merry Christmas

Thank you for your hard work during the first semester! There have been some challenges to overcome and some "first time" things that we're asking you to do and I appreciate your willingness and professionalism in getting them done!

We are inviting everyone associated with NC to come out to El Dorado Hills Golf Club on Wednesday, December 30 for a little holiday gathering. We'll start around 6:30pm, but if you're running late or coming home from basketball games in Wayne, just stop by when you can. We'd like to have teachers and staff members there, along with alumni, parents, and other stakeholders.

Also, don't forget that on Tuesday, December 22, we will start our day with 7:30am Mass in St. Mary's followed by a staff breakfast in the Parish Center at 8:00am. At about 8:55, we'll join our high school students for a short Advent prayer service at St. Mary's before the high school tests start at 9:05am.

Servant Leader of the Week!

Today's choice for the Servant Leader of the Week is Lisa Guenther. Lisa retired from NPS last spring and we were lucky enough to hire her as our Reading Specialist! She has done a wonderful job working with teachers and students and was an invaluable resource as the elementary teachers chose a new Language Arts curriculum. She was also the driving force behind our school recently winning a reading grant from AAA! Thank you, Lisa!
