WOO-HOO! Summer Break is Near!

As you begin closing the year with celebrations and last minute activities, be sure to take time to reflect with your students on the tremendous progress they have made during this year. Remind them of how they felt on the first day of school, and how much they have grown academically, socially, and physically. Pre-K and Kindergarten are truly amazing years for seeing growth and making memories, both of which are the greatest gifts of all when teaching these grade levels! Your students will remember lots of their teachers in the future, but without a doubt, their memories will always include you! Try to make these last few days/ weeks of learning fun, memorable, and full of love!

Before you leave for the summer, consider taking a few minutes to jot down some things that you would like to do differently next year. These ideas are fresh on your mind now, but after some rest, relaxation, and pool time, those ideas may not be so clear!

END OF THE YEAR ASSESSMENTS

Please remember that all end of the year assessments must be completed, and data submitted to your campus data clerk or specified individual before the end of the school year. Campus/District data submissions are due to the State by July 18th.

ASSESSMENT DATA REPORTS

PRINTING STUDENT REPORTS FOR NEXT GRADE LEVEL TEACHER

Whether you use CLI Engage Assessments (C.I.R.C.L.E. or TXKEA) or any other assessment tool, consider printing your student reports to pass along to teachers next year. If you use CLI Assessments, you can print your student data reports up until the end of June. After that time, CLI will archive all of the saved data from this school year and it will no longer be accessible. To access instructions for printing CLI student reports, go to this link:

PRINTING PARENT REPORTS

Did you know that you can print individual PARENT REPORTS from CLI Engage? This report gives an overall view of the child's progress for the year. Best of all, it provides links in the areas where each child needs continuous work. This is a great way to guide your parents in providing help for their child during the summer! To print these reports, you can go to this link:

ESC-REGION 6 EARLY CHILDHOOD WORKSHOP SURVEY

If you have attended an Early Childhood Workshop at ESC 6 this year, please take 2-3 minutes to complete this short survey. This data is very important for guiding our program next year!
