Three Blind Mice Court Case
Theodore, Alvin, and Simon
In Court
These three mice shown above are under arrest. They will be placed on a bail. An arraignment will be scheduled for court and the petit jury will come up with an indictment. They will be put on trial with a public defender. Since only a misdemeanor in this was prosecution, some plea bargaining might help the defendant have a lesser sentence. A subpoena will make sure all the witnesses are summoned to court. All of the witnesses must tell the truth and there will be no perjury. There might be a riveting appeal made by a lawyer. The judge will tell the verdict that was decided by the grand jury. This will tell whether the mice are acquitted or convicted.
