Chapel 2/3/21
Angels!
Introduction
Have any of your grandmothers ever referred to you as "my little angel"? I bet they have! In 5th grade we have been digging into the meaning of the 1st Article of the Apostles' Creed and Dr. Luther's explanation. When we speak these words, "I believe in God the Father Almighty, Maker of heaven and earth," we are confessing that we believe that God made me and all of the creatures - those we see here on earth and those we can't always see - like the angels.
I pray that this chapel service finds you and your family safely at home as we do our part to help stop the spread of the virus! God promises to always be with us - when we are at home or at school or somewhere else. He sends His holy angels to guard and protect us. And He does this just because He loves us. That's the focus of this chapel service.
He still continues to "richly bless us with all that we need to support this body and life. For all of this and more, we gladly thank and praise, serve and obey Him!"
