From the desk of Nurse Felecia
I can’t believe that we are wrapping up another awesome school year.
If your student has medication stored in the health room, it will need to be picked up by an adult on or before May 25 at noon. Any medicine left will be discarded.
Next year, you will need to provide new authorization forms. All prescription meds will require the physician's signature in addition to parent's signature. Over-the-counter (OTC) medication can be kept for the entire school year with parent's signature only. The administration instructions on the label will be used for all OTC medication. If the physician suggests otherwise, he/she will need to complete the authorization form.
Thanks,
Nurse Felecia
