MOST BEAUTIFUL TREE IN THE WORLD
I have to admit that when it comes to plants I’m actually really quite selfish. You see, if I’m going to spend all this time painstakingly taking care of them, I’m naturally going to ask “what’s in it for me?” Okay, getting rid of nasty carbon dioxide and producing clean oxygen is a good start but… got anything to eat? Yep, I’m all about plants that grow delicious food. Apples, mangoes, peaches, pears, cherries… the list goes on and on. But like most people, I have limited resources. I don’t have a whole lot of time for gardening nor do I have much available gardening space.
So what to do? If only there was some kind of magical tree that could grow all kinds of fruits… wait, what!? Such a tree actually exists? How can this be possible and why have I never heard of it!?

RECENT MARKET WATCH
GTA REALTORS® Release Monthly Resale Housing Market Figures
August 4, 2016 -- Toronto Real Estate Board President Larry Cerqua announced that TREB REALTOR® Members reported 9,989 home sales through TREB’s MLS® System in July 2016. At just shy of 10,000 transactions, this was the best result on record for the month of July. While sales were up on a year-over-year basis, the number of new listings was down over the same period, representing the continuation of a troubling trend in the GTA.
What Yorkville was like in the 1960s
When I say Yorkville, what's the first thing that comes to mind? Hippies? Free love? Psychedelic rock? Unlikely these days. Now the area is a high end shopping haven. Home to the "Mink Mile," the neighbourhood was declared the 7th most expensive retail space in North America in 2008. But this was not always the case. In the 1960s, Yorkville was not a hub for the extravagant shopper, but a sanctuary for the counterculture movement in Canada - an equivalent to New York's Greenwich Village.

RIVERBOAT
The most iconic club during this era was the Riverboat Coffeehouse at 134 Yorkville. It seated a cozy 120 patrons, creating an intimate setting in which to discover the up and coming names in folk and psychedelic rock: Joni Mitchell, Gordon Lightfoot, Bruce Cockburn, Neil Young.
The world economy explained with just two cows
You have two cows” is a common political satire involving variations of scenarios of two cows and how they work within various economic systems. It’s also frequently used as a joke in entry-level economics courses, whereby the professor will use the two cows as metaphors for currency, capital, property, and their relationships. Here are the major world economic theories, explained with two cows:
