Notes from the Executive Director
Greetings Early Childhood Educators,
October is here and GSRP is in full swing! We are excited to welcome GSRP partners during our first GSRP Advisory Meeting of the 2023-2024 school year hosted in person at the Wayne RESA Annex Building! Light refreshments will be provided. Details have been previously emailed and are available on the flyer below.
Enrollment Survey Requirement
I also wanted to bring to your attention an important request featured in this Digest. The First Enrollment Survey of the Year is due by Tuesday, October 10, 2023. Please see below for further information.
The next enrollment survey will be distributed in mid-October. We will be collecting child enrollment and open classroom information, as well as gathering data on waitlist information and referral sources. Please be prepared to provide all required information for each survey.
Thank you for your partnership, and I look forward to seeing you at the advisory meeting on Friday.
Best regards,
Sophia Lafayette-Lause, Ed.D

Michigan's Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA) Request for Feedback
LARA is asking child care providers to participate in a brief survey to gather feedback on their current child care licensing rules. Your insights are crucial in helping to improve and adapt regulations to better serve the needs of children, families, and caregivers.
Please consider responding.
