Order your Class Picture
Have you updated your child's photo? They were taken today. Now is the time to order your child's individual or class photo. To place an order online you will need to use the following website and codes: mylifetouch.com; Order codes are: Individual - EVTXMR3TS; Class - EVT77RQZ3. These codes do expire so don't wait to long!
Awards Assembly next Tuesday
Next Tuesday we will have our 1st quarter awards assembly. Students with A's, A's and B's and perfect attendence will be recognized.
Congradulatins to Mrs. Patterson (PreK Teacher)
Have you heard the exciting news in the PreK classroom. We are getting another students. We love new students no matter what age. Congradulations Mrs. Patterson.
Parent Teachers Conferences will be Oct. 17
Today is the last day you have to schedule parent teacher conferences. Take the opportunity now. Signup will close today at 6 pm. Check your email for signup information.
Gymnastics Tryouts
We are excited to announce that we will be beginning gymnastics again at KAES. Tryouts will be on Oct 24 and 26 and classes will be on Monday and Wednesday each week starting in November from 3:15 to 4:15 pm. Cost will be $50/month. All KAES students in 2nd grade and above are eligible to tryout for gymnastics.
Save the Date! Gymnasium Dedication on OCT 23
You are invited to the dedication of our new KAES Gymnasium. It has been an incredible journey seeing how God blessed at every stage of the process. We want to take a moment to recognize God and those that He used to provide our gym. We will have light refreshments after the ribbon cutting ceremony followed by a chance to walk through the gymnasium.
Red Ribbon Week Oct. 24-28
Celebrate LIFE. Live Drug Free. I know I am ready for Red Ribbon Week. Home and School has been planning some fun ways to acknowledge that we don't want anything to do with drugs. Check out the schedule above and start planning how you can join in this special week. Please note that we are asking for no super hero characters on pajama day or any of these days. We have had students scared in the past.
Home and School Fundraiser
Home and School needs your help with canned drinks that they will be selling during Star Fest. All donations can be delivered to the office.
Sterling Volunteers and Field Trips
Classes are heading out on field trips. Don’t get left behind. Any person that wants to attend a class field trip must be cleared through Sterling Volunteers one week prior to the field trip. Plan ahead and make sure you are cleared now so you don’t have any problems later. Information on how to do this is on our website but our office is also available to help.

Lunch order is to be placed with the homeroom teacher each day. $4.25 small $5.00 large
All meals are vegetarian
Monday - No School Parent Teacher Conferences
Tuesday - Mac and Cheese, broccoli, garlic bread and juice
Wednesday - Bean Burritos, Mexican rice, salad and juice
Thursday - Deli Sandwiches, potato chips, grapes and juice
Friday - Half Day - Hot dog, French fries, cucumbers, dessert and juice
