BodyWeight Interval Training w/Fernando ~ New Class

Tuesday 7:30am (starts Tuesday March 29th)

Saturday 7am (starts April 9th)

This class will utilizes body weight exercises for a total body workout that burns fat and strengthens every muscle group. Great for all fitness levels, body weight exercises are simple and effective ways to improve balance, flexibility, strength and cardio. Using timed intervals with short resting periods to fatigue muscles while maximize fat burning and muscle building, this classes will allow clients to work at their own pace and push themselves to improve all aspects of their fitness goals!

Ryde and Rip w/Jenny ~ New Class

Sunday April 3rd and 10th at 11am

(All membership options may register for this class. Unlimited Fitness clients need to stop by the front desk or email to let us know you want to be added to the class. All other memberships and drop-in cards may register online)

HIIT, or High Intensity Interval Training, is a series of heart pumping, sweat inducing workouts done at quick intervals, interchanging different high and low intensity routines consistently throughout your workout. Spinning, also known as biking indoors, is a full body workout that is good for cardio, abs, legs, and more. Combine those two workouts together and what do you get? One insane, intense, and beneficial workout. This class will start out with 30 minutes on the bike and then move to our fitness room for 30 more minutes of HIIT training ~ A 1 Hour Full Body Workout

Additional Changes to the Schedule

We are unable to hold Saturday morning Barre class for the first 3 weeks of April. We apologize for the inconvenience.

We are excited to be able to offer Ryde and Yoga with Evie on Saturday mornings at 9:15am for April 2nd, 9th and 16th.

Barre class will resume on Saturday on April 23rd.
