Hope you all had a nice Thanksgiving Holiday
RIDE information - Week of Dec 2nd - from Don
Coming up during the week of December 2, RIDE is launching the third consecutive year of Share Your Favorites, a social media campaign to promote literacy. Over the past two years, we've had hundreds of educators, students, community leaders, journalists, elected officials, and others participate in this effort.
I hope you can join us to make this year's campaign a success!
In order to participate, we encourage you to post on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram about the books you love, the books you’re currently reading, and the books that helped shape your childhood. Have a long list of memorable titles? Post them all! Help spread your love of reading, and inspire that same love of reading for students across the state. Tag @RIDeptEd in your posts, and use the hashtag, #RIReads.
