"Keep Moving Forward!"
A Message from OSHS Aquaculture....
Good Morning Parents,
Today we start one of my favorite parts of the school year. Our 2023 upper elementary fundraiser is underway! For the past 6 years, we have collaborated with our local OS schools to design shirts for the students to wear and give money back to our lower grades. Shirts are available in Dri fit/Bella canvas in short sleeves for $15 long sleeves for $20 and Sweatshirts/Hoodies for $30 I have attached the forms and your child will receive it as well. I listed the designs below with both forms emailed separately. Thank you and have a wonderful Thursday. Questions bbutler@ossdms.org.

Science/ SS Teacher: sswitzer@ossdms.org
Math Teacher: stiblier@ossdms.org
Weekly Reminders: ALL students need headphones here at school!
- Required: WATER BOTTLE DAILY- If your child needs to leave their water bottle at school we have a sink with cleaning supplies in Mrs. Switzer's room in order for students to remain in class during instructional blocks rather than going to the office for a cup.
- Suggested: If your child needs to have an inexpensive pair of headphones in each classroom we have the storage containers to hold them. If your child has difficulty with using the mouse on their Chromebooks they are allowed to bring in a wireless mouse. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for this personal property.
- Tuesday Folders: Please sign and return each week
- Snack: Time given to students daily around 10:38; Emergency snack stash is in our rooms in case a child forgets their snack for the day
- Homework: Read 20 minutes each day, practice Multiplication/division facts, review for assessments, complete incomplete classwork, and work on IReady goal before Friday
- PE Days: Make sure your child wears athletic shoes
- Library Day: Bring your library books
There will be a sign in/sign out sheet for the bathroom in each classroom. If your child is someone that needs to use the bathroom frequently please let us know so we are aware. We try to limit bathroom use to one time each 80 minute class period. (Unless, of course, there is an emergency!)
