Pine Island Parent Press
May 2019
From the Principal's Desk...
WOW! The school year is almost over and it seems like it was just yesterday when we were welcoming this group of students into our school. With the school year ending, it brings about many changes happening at Pine Island. We will be saying goodbye to the 5th graders who will be starting their next school year over at Mill Creek AND welcoming a new 3rd grade class. For those of you that will be leaving, you will be missed! Have a fantastic summer!!

Recycling! Recycling!
Don't forget to feed our Paper Gator all summer long! It is located in our parking lot and available 24/7 for your newspapers, catalogs/magazines, junk mail, phone books, paper, and books! We would love to see it full when we come back in the fall!
When is our last day of school?
That's a great question... We are still anxiously awaiting to hear what our government will approve for the snow day make ups. When we know-- we will let you know... Thanks for being patient as we wait for this decision.
