At Paddle Nantucket we teach you to the fundamentals of SUP in the fun and safe environment of Nantucket's sheltered harbor. If done with proper technique and efficiency, standup paddling can be an epic full-body workout. Getting out on the water is an incredible way to see Nantucket and saturate in her beauty. Whether you take one of our SUP yoga classes, or book a private sunset tour, you will learn how to combine mindfulness & dynamic exercise, while enjoying our incredible surroundings.
