Important Upcoming Dates for the Week
If you see something that should be here but isn't, make sure to contact us to get it updated! For focus teams, please plan on being to the meeting prior to the start time so that the meeting can start on time. Your time is valuable and so is that of the other people on your team. If for some reason, you are unable to attend due to extenuating circumstances, please inform your focus team leader prior to the meeting.
Monday, May 28:
- No School - Memorial Day
Tuesday, May 29:
- No scheduled events.
- Wednesday Early Release Schedule (No early release though)
- Students will go to Advisory, take attendance, and view RMtv News. After sufficient time to watch RMtv News, we will call down team by team for students to come to the Gym for the Talent Show. Once the Talent Show has finished, students will go to whichever class hour falls at the completion of the Talent Show.
- Extended FLEX time during the "Early Release" time following 2:24 pm.
- Movie theater trips for any students meeting academic expectations of the classroom
- Half-Day Schedule (8:40 am - 11:45 am) - District BBQ in the BHS Cafeteria following
- 8:40 - 9:30 - Assembly – Students will report directly to the gym. The assembly will last 45 minutes and consists of games for the students.
- 9:35 - 9:50 - Advisory – Students will report to their advisory classes to receive their yearbooks. Please take attendance at that point! Please keep the kids in their advisory classes until you hear the fire alarm.
- 9:50 - 11:45 - Summer Splash Stinger Stadium – Students will go out to the stadium to sign yearbooks. Concessions will be available. There are no games this year. The chart below shows the job lists for this last hour and a half.
Please note where we have asked each teacher to be to assist on the last day of school. Tight supervision is the key to help make this last day as successful as possible and to begin summer positively. If you do not have a specific assignment at some point during that time, the expectation is that you are supervising kids at all times and spread out amongst the areas where they could go and are.

Important Things After This Week
Bus Duty Assignments This Week
TO BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE POLICY REGARDING LOADING AND UNLOADING OUR STUDENTS FROM THE BUSES, IT IS IMPORTANT THAT ONE PERSON IS IN EACH OF THE FOLLOWING ZONES DURING YOUR BUS DUTY.
Morning (8:15 am - 8:35 am) - Cafeteria, Commons Area, and Outside.
Afternoon (Please come outside as soon as the bell rings.) - South end of the building, Right out front where you can see toward the south end and north end of the building, and in front of the pavilion near the bus loading. This allows all assigned for bus duty to see all of the major areas where students congregate to wait. The essential area to be monitored is the south end (side) of the building. The first few minutes are critical as far as the need for supervision. If there are four people assigned, the fourth person can help where needed.
- Ken Moeller (by the buses near the pavilion)
- Rob Powell (by the buses in the center near the main entrance)
- Angie Pipinich (by the buses on the south end of the building)
- EVERY TEACHER ON JUNE 1st!

New Items to Be Aware of:
Mandatory Benefits Open Enrollment is scheduled for July 20 - August 20. Please be mindful of that and don't forget to make any changes you might be wanting.
Old Items to Be Aware of:
- Here is the link to the fire drill procedural map and the evacuation procedural map. Here is also an updated roster for who is in which zones as well.
- With many transitions happening this year and in coming years, the district would like all teachers to know that they can view all available job openings at www.d93jobs.com. Also for your information, they are updating the district hiring procedures so that jobs will only be posted for 7 calendar days.
- Click here for information about the Idaho Master Teacher Premium if you are interested in working toward that. Since our district will be following the state model, nothing is actually done through the school or district.
