Gay Marriage
On June 26 2015, Gay Marriage was legalized in all 50 states in the United States. This meant that all marriages involving the same sex could marry without being denied.
Bluebell is back
Bluebell was under criminal investigation due to ice cream contamination causing 10 cases of listeria. In August 31 Bluebell was back in stores.
ISIS bombed Paris
On November 13 2015, 128 killed in a Paris terrorist attack. ISIS took responsibility on bombing Paris. This brought a need of better surveillance and Paris declares war with ISIS. This was an outrage because of all the trouble ISIS has brought in the past years killing innocent people.
Accepting Refugees
After the bombing and war being declared on ISIS many refugees traveled in search of safety away from war and destruction. This made people scared of the decisions being made due to the fact that any refugee coming into another country could be a suspect as a terrorist. This brought tension between other countries.
Donald Trump
A American business candidate running for president brought republicans to look bad. Hes a big problem to many Hispanics in 2015 and still is. His rude comments brought him to a bad positions as in viewed bad many.
Donald Trump
Trump is against immigrants being in this country. No path to citizenship for undocumented workers. Allow more European immigration and a legal status to those graduating from U.S. colleges. Donald Trump wants to make stronger borders with Mexico.
Personal Story for 2016
Travel & Start College
My personal story of 2016 is that I will travel more before college starts. I will travel to California, New York, Chicago, and Dominican Republic. After the summer and fall during the second semester I will be going to North lake finishing my two basic years then transferring to Baylor University for forensic psychology.
