The Original Guns N' Roses

Guns N' Roses were formed in Los Angeles, California in 1985. The band was originally signed to Geffen records - when the band consisted of the five original members. These included; Axl Rose - Lead vocalist, Slash - Lead Guitarist, Duff McKagan - Bassist, Izzy Stradlin - Rhythm Guitarist and Steven Adler - Drummer. The band released their first album, appetite for destruction, in 1987 consisted of singles such as "Sweet Child O Mine" known for its guitar riff played by Slash, which is rated #1 in the greatest guitar riffs of all time.
